As developers of scientific and sustainable adventures and expeditions, Fram has made it its business to create a bridge between science and public. Together with other scientists and experts, they develop excursions and adventures that are often reserved for only a few people. In places where they have mostly been working for years, they impart first-hand knowledge and enable deeper views into nature and the relationships in our habitat.
Giving Back
For FRAM, education is the main key to a sustainable cognitive change. Education for Sustainable Development therefore begins with their school projects. They limit their long-distance trips, consciously rely on the train and promote research and environmental protection projects at the destinations.
