Corina Tomaschett

Corina Tomaschett was born in the Swiss Alps. Her mother taught her early how important it was to approach people. From this she developed a curiosity for cultures that differ from her own. Since 2010 she has been travelling regularly for several months a year. On her travels she is not only searching for differences in cultures, but also for similarities. The encounter with Sakia Haque in Bangladesh led to an intimate friendship and the start of 'Travelettes of Bangladesh'.

With her talk she already won "Best Story" at the Discovery Days in Laax. She currently lives and works in Zurich.
