Thomas is Managing Director of Diversity Tourism GmbH based in Munich, Germany. Specialized in niche markets like LGBT+ Travel and Medical Tourism, the agency designs business development strategies and marketing activities, like trade shows, conferences or events.
Since 2010, Diversity Tourism has partnered with ITB Berlin and ITB Asia to develop LGBT+ and Medical Tourism markets. The company also operates the online travel portal TOMONTOUR. The agency’s portfolio just amended the developing and accompanying of EU-Fundraising projects in any tourism industry.
After graduating at Munich’s University with a masters degree in economics in 1996, Thomas worked as a marketing advisor in different positions, since then. He has also been a member of the board of directors of the International Gay & Lesbian Travel Association (IGLTA) from 1999 - 2009.
